Home Screen Portlets

 
 
Your home screen provides quick access to frequently required information with records displayed in a variety of portlets:
 
 
Depending upon your organisation's configuration settings, the following global (default) portlets may be displayed on your Home screen:
 
Records to which an 'Action' has been attached, and for which you are designated as the person responsible for the current action step.
 
Records which you have stored to HP TRIM/HPE RM over a specific time period (e.g.: last 30 days or last 2 months etc) as set by your RM Workspace administrator.
 
Records for which you are designated as the assignee.
 
Records you have checked out for editing.
 
Records which you have recently accessed to view, edit or update.
 
Records which you have designated as being favourite records.
 
 
In addition to the global portlets (described above) which are displayed to all users,  you may also see portlets which you have created yourself, based on records which you have tagged (tag portlet) or for which you have searched (search portlet).
 
Tag and search portlets display different identification icons to the left of the portlet name indicating whether the portlet is a tag or search portlet.
 
 
 
Tip:  To display your home screen faster, close portlets you aren't using - especially those with a lot of records listed.
