For easy access to records you use frequently, RM Workspace enables you to mark records as 'favourites'. These records are then available, without having to search for them, in the 'My favourites' portlet on your home screen and from the 'My favourites' link in the left side navigation bar.
When you no longer need such frequent access, you can remove records from your favourites.
My Favourites portlet
You can quickly and easily access records you have marked as 'favourites' and which are displayed in your 'My favourites' home screen portlet
For a more comprehensive view of your favourite records, click on the 'My favourites' link in the left side navigation bar to view your favourite records in the 'My favourites' screen.
Favourite records are identified in any view in which the 'star' field is displayed, by the associated coloured 'star' icon.
If the star is coloured the record has been marked as a favourite.
If the star is un-coloured, the record has not been marked as a favourite.
To quickly mark a record as a favourite, click on the un-coloured star associated to the record - the star will colour and the record will appear in your 'My favourites' portlet and My favourites screen.
To quickly remove a record from your favourites list, click on the coloured star - the star will un-colour and the record will disappear from your favourites.
