When your portlets are displayed in grid view, you can customise a number of display features. Applicable changes will be retained when you switch to list view.
Note: If you do not see a 'switch to grid view' icon , check to see if the WCAG setting is ticked in your Personal Settings on the RM Workspace settings tab. If it is ticked, grid view is not available.
Note: When looking at your search results in grid view, you can customise your view in exactly the same way with exactly the same options .
Move column
Click and hold the title of any column and drag it to where you would like it displayed in the portlet. If you switch to list view, the new column order will be retained.
In the column title, mouse-hover over the right edge of the column until the cursor changes to the adjustment indicator - then click, hold and drag the column edge to the desired width.
Clicking in many of the column titles will sort the portlet's records by that column and a sort indicator arrow will be shown in the title area. The direction of the sort indicator arrow shows whether the records are sorted in ascending or descending order. If you switch to list view, the new record sort order will be retained. Note: Sorting is not available on all columns. If your cursor changes to a hand when mouse-hovering over a column's title, then you can sort by that column.
After clicking on the column options arrow (above), the options panel will enable you customise the columns displayed in the portlet, or in some columns, to filter the portlet's records or to return the portlet to the default sort order.
Tip: If you can't see a column options arrow in the column, check that your portlet is in grid layout and that you can see the complete width of the column
