Add and remove columns (metadata fields)
When customising portlets, you can add and remove data columns to show the information you need to see about the records displayed.
Note: When looking at your search results in grid view, you can customise your view in exactly the same way with exactly the same options .
Column options arrow Click on the column options arrow to open the column options panel
Columns in options panel When the options panel is displayed, click on the 'Columns' option
Column selector A list of available metadata fields is displayed in the column selector.
You can tick the checkbox for any metadata field to add it as a column in your portlet
You can un-tick the (ticked) checkbox for any metadata field to remove that column from your portlet
Tip: If you need a metadata field which is not displayed in the list, refer to your RM Workspace administrator who may not have enabled it for display.
