To see a list of searches which you have previously saved, click on the 'Saved searches' link in the History section of the left side navigation bar.
Go to your saved searches
In the left side navigation bar, in the History section, click on 'Saved searches' to go to your 'My saved searches' screen where you can see a list of searches you have previously saved.
This is the name you gave your search when you saved it; or if you omitted to name the search, the name automatically assigned to the saved search based on the search criteria.
Click on the saved search name to perform the search or use the magnifying glass icon to the right of the saved search listing (#8 below).
When saving a search, the layout is also saved. Thus when you perform a saved search, it is displayed in the same view in which it was displayed when you saved it.
When saving a search, all customisation applied to the performed search display is saved with the search; so when you perform the saved search, the search results will display the same data, with the same sort order and in the same layout as when you saved it.
If a record type filter was part of the criteria of your saved search, the id(s) of the record type(s) selected will be listed in this field. If no record type filter was applied, this field will not display as is the case in the Saved search 'Registered in March by Dan' shown in the above picture.
