Searches you have saved can be edited at any time, to ensure that they remain relevant both in content and display.
To edit a saved search, click on the 'Edit' icon of a saved search on the My saved searches screen (accessed from the Saved searches link in the History section of the left side navigation bar).
Note: To view the changed name on a saved search portlet which has been shared with a group, users will need to refresh their screens after the name has been changed.
Add your saved search to your home screen as a portlet so that you can see the search results by opening the portlet. If you are the administrator of a group, you can add your saved search as a portlet on a group tab so the search results are available to all members of the group.
Click on the portlet's location name (home or group) to view that screen.
If you want to remove a portlet from your home or a group screen, click on the 'X' in the portlet's location name in order to remove the portlet from that screen.
Put your cursor into the Portlets field to display a list of groups of which you are an administrator or enter the first few characters of a group's name to display a list of matching names. Click on a group's name to select it.
Note:Only the administrator of a group can add search and tag portlets to that group.
Tip: If you perform a saved search, then 'refine' it from the search results screen, changing the criteria of the performed search, your original saved search is not affected.
