When you no longer need quick access to the set of records displayed in a tag portlet on your home or a group screen, you can remove portlets you have created, making space for other, more relevant information.
Tag portlet identifier
Tag portlets are identified as such by the tag icon on the title bar.
If this is a tag portlet which you created - you will see an 'X' button in the titlebar.
Click on the 'X' button to remove the tag portlet. A confirmation request will be displayed. If you click on OK to proceed, the portlet will be removed.
Tip: Removing the tag portlet does not delete the tag itself - nor does it remove that tag from any records. To delete the tag portlet AND the tag on which it is based, click on 'Tags' above the tag cloud in the left side navigation bar to access your 'Manage my tags' screen, locate the tag and click on the associated delete icon in that screen.
